Born in Barcelona, he studied at the Conservatori Superior del Liceu with maestro Eduard Giménez and was graduated at Conservatorio Superior de Valencia with Ana Luisa Chova. He has participated in several courses and master classes with celebrities such as Montserrat Caballé, Raúl Giménez, Jaume Aragall, Carlos Chausson, Luciana Serra and Richard Barker. Simultaneously he studied History of Art at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
He debuted in April 2004 playing the titular role of Singspiel “Bastiano e Bastiana” Mozart in Milan and Florence.
In May 2004 wins the Premio Speciale Giovane “Umberto Gentile” at the International Singing Competition “Francesco Paolo Tosti” held in Ortona (Italy). This prize leads him to perform a concert tour in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and in the Todaiji temple of Nara (Japan).
In 2006 he debuted the role of Tamino in “The Magic Flute” with the Escola d’Opera of the Amics de l’Òpera de Sabadell. Since then he has starred in numerous operas in various theaters, including “L’ Elisir d’ amore”, “Don Pasquale” and “Lucia di Lammermoor” by Donizetti ; “The Magic Flute” and “Il Re Pastore” by Mozart; “Il Barbiere di Siviglia” by Paisiello .
In 2010 he debuted in Germany at the Rossini Festival of Wildbad singing the role of Cleomène in Rossini’s “Le siège de Corinthe”. This production was recorded by Naxos.
He debuted in France in the Théatre Roger Barat Herblay in Paris with two roles: Tamino (2010) and the Duca di Mantova in “Rigoletto” (2011). In 2012 he debuted as Edgardo “Lucia di Lammermoor”, in Nacho García’s production.
Consolidates his international career singing in theaters in Italy, Spain, Germany, Japan, Panama, Costa Rica, and in theaters and auditoriums like the Gran Teatre del Liceu, Palau de la Música Catalana, Auditori de Barcelona, Teatro Campoamor in Oviedo, Palau de la Música de València, etc. He sings Mozart’s Requiem with conductor Leopold Hager and the Weimar Staatskapelle in the Auditori de Barcelona.
He participates in the Comediants’s new production of Petita Flauta Màgica, directed by Joan Pons and performed in the Gran Teatre del Liceu.
His next appearance will be with“Pomme d’ Api” operetta by Jacques Offenbach in the role of Gustave and “Turandot” by Puccini in the role of Pong in the production of the Amics de l’Òpera de Sabadell.
